- Attests documents and certifies their due execution for use internationally.
- Verifies the identity and witnesses signatures to affidavits, statutory declarations, powers of attorney, contracts, and other documents, for use internationally.

- Certifies photocopies of original identification documents (e.g. passport and Driver’s Licence), birth, marriage and death certificates and other legal documents for use internationally.

- If you have been specifically requested to do so by the requesting person/organisation overseas.
- If you need to make an oath, declaration or affirmation in front of a Notary Public as opposed to a Lawyer, Justice of the Peace or any other authorised witness.
- An Apostille and Authentication certificate are a government-issued certificate that verifies a Notary Public’s signature and seal on a document for use overseas in Hague Convention countries and non Hague Convention countries (as appropriate).
- Ryan’s signature and official seal is registered at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). This means that he is recognised as being a Notary Public.
- Yes we can obtain an Apostille and Authentication for your notarised documents.
- We don’t need to book an appointment with DFAT. Therefore, we can generally obtain an Apostille and Authentication much sooner than if you do so yourself.
